Weekly Meditation and Mentoring Classes are held:

Wednesday evening 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm at Gunnedah Shanti Mission Harmony Centre (located at Essence Natural Therapies) with Navaratri (for further details call 0428 421 633)
Satsang is a community gathering in meditation, music and friendship to lift the spirit and bring Divine Truth into our life.
It is mostly held on 1st and 3rd Sunday/month at GSMHC, starting at 9.30am. However, please confirm these proposed dates by calling Navaratri on 0428 421 633
Energetic Healing by one of our trained practitioners is available by appointment.
Seminars in the Path of Ease and Grace are held at various times during the year.
