Kundalini is the primordial life force or Shakti that each person needs for life to exist. The degree to which kundalini is active has a profound effect upon our consciousness. In this one-day seminar, we will look at a safe practice to gently awaken the kundalini as well as the benefits and safeguards that are part of learning with ease and grace. As we practice the awakening of kundalini, much that was previously invisible on the inner planes becomes visible.
