Shanti Mission Harmony Centres are coming to Canberra in a larger capacity teaching the Path of Ease and Grace. The seminar series will be kicked off on Saturday 21 August at 4pm with an information session and meditation. The first course will be run the following weekend of 28-29 August. Since undertaking these courses, my life has truely transformed in every area. The courses are truely empowering and teach you tools to help you to create the life you truely want.
