Exploring the role of spirit and soul, generating love, connection and meaning with Shakti Durga & Gayatri
A Message from Shakti Durga
We live in a relational universe. Relationships are a portal for self-realisation. They can be utilised as vehicles for the transformation of our consciousness. Rather than being stuck in old, habituated patterns, we can lift our consciousness and our relationships into new paradigms. In this class, we will be learning tools of the spirit and soul for this exact transformation. You will be astounded by how liberating and transformative these tools and practices for relationships are, and by how much freedom, light, love, clarity, and connection you can create in your life.
Relationships are alchemical processes by which we discover our true selves. At the same time, they can be tricky. Any given situation could be a portal of freedom and awakening, but without tools, it can become a trap. We can spiral into victim. We can start believing that other people’s behaviour is what governs our own happiness. Luckily, it isn’t.
People are strange and wonderful beings. There is no one else in creation the same as you, not even a twin. We will inevitably disagree, have conflict, and experience emotional outbursts, ill-considered communication, or unpleasant behaviour. All of this can be utilised as the ‘prima materia’ or the lead which can be turned into the gold of spiritual illumination or attainment. Through the challenges, we can expand our consciousness, and develop peaceful inner spaciousness. As we evolve, it is amazing how our relationships can miraculously transform, even when the other people involved may not be doing any work on themselves at all.
When sufficient people embody the human potential of alchemy in relationships – the power to transform conflict into peace, authenticity and empowerment – mass consciousness is inexorably transformed. Our entire society begins to benefit. The ripples know no bounds. Together we can help to transform our world.
In this transformational course you will:
- Choose a relationship to transform throughout the course – to experience the tools in action.
- Explore the multi-dimensional nature of relationships – that takes us beyond the physical and conscious mind and into the energy body and soul.
- Explore the energetic foundation of our relationships. Learn to discern how the chakras or centres of consciousness form in relationships and how to work with them for practical relationship alchemy.
- Experience transformative relationship healing meditations.
- Explore the journey from duality to unity consciousness through the amazing tools of shadow and mirror. Why do I attract things that upset me? Why do certain people irritate me? Why do I aspire to be like those who I have set upon a pedestal? How all of this helps us and propels our journey into oneness.
- See how past life aspects may have been at play in our relationships and lovingly release them to their eternal home.
- Learn tools to find peace and sovereignty within us, in spite of external manifestations of challenging relationship circumstances and events.
- Understand how our expectations of others can block spirited and soulful connection. Evaluate our expectations through the laws of vibration, karma, and gratitude.
- Uplift and evolve the concrete mind through access to the spirit and soul, accessing new possibilities through which tensions in relationships can be transformed into ease and grace.
- Discover the practical implications of experiencing the consciousness of unconditional love, and cultivating ever more unconditional love for self and others.
- Hone our capacity for both compassion and skilful, authentic boundaries to wholeheartedly dance with life, love, and relationships.
- Explore how our developing soul’s karmas set the scene for our formative experiences and relationship classrooms. Understanding this gives insight into our unique relationship curriculum. We are able to distil the lessons and have our ‘aha’ moments faster, transforming our relationship challenges into grace.
How is this related to past Empowering Relationships programs? Shakti Durga’s book Empowering Relationships is the practical, inspiring foundation for this program which focuses in on the soul and spirit of our relationships. In addition to Emotional Liberation (ER1) and Conflict to Connection (ER2), we now offer a fresh course flowing from the same source of inspiration and experience, but focused on the energy body and soul dimensions of relationships.
If this sounds like vital and unifying training to you, Empowering Relationships is your call to deep exploration.
For our practitioners, you will also learn:
- Advanced insights into each of the above topics
- How to apply them in your healing practice
- Multi-dimensional listening skills
- Multi-dimensional counselling skills
- Discernment
- Bracketing your own 'stuff’ so you can be present and facilitate the discovery of the client’s own truth
- How to work with the inner masculine and inner feminine: of a person or a situation
