Morning Meditation and Mantra with Cows
Our cows have been a welcome and much loved addition to our community. At 7am every morning we go out in nature and feed the cows, then we do spiritual practices. They particularly like mantras, and often come and cuddle up to those who are in expanded states of blissful awareness. We are learning a lot from them and deeply relaxing into the stillness of the early morning and the activated energy of the heavenly valley in which we are situated.
