About
Shanti Mission America is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2014 to support the spiritual education, healing, and upliftment of communities across the United States.
The word Shanti means peace in Sanskrit—and peace is our mission.
As part of the global Shanti Mission School for the Soul, teachings are offered that awaken consciousness through the sacred mysteries of East and West. Guided by spiritual teachers, including Shakti Durga, Maitreya and Sada, our programs are non-denominational, heart-opening, and deeply transformative.
U.S.A. donations help Shanti Mission America to:
- Bring Shakti Durga to the USA for healing and transformative events
- Support the growth of spiritual education and healing services locally
- Create public events that uplift and inspire
- Extend outreach and healing to those in hardship
- Keep offerings accessible and community-focused
Your contributions are tax-deductible in the United States and help us build a more conscious, compassionate world—one heart at a time.

Shanti Mission America warmly invites you to a beautiful opportunity to connect with Shakti Durga in person.
Join us in San Diego, San Francisco (Marin County), or Connecticut for gatherings filled with inspiration, connection, and the transmission of divine energy.
Each gathering is offered in the spirit of generosity, with all proceeds supporting Shanti Mission America’s mission to uplift hearts and ignite the spirit of those across the United States.

Celebrate the Goddess Festival
Expect one of the greatest vibrational uplifts of the year woven through music, mantra, discourse, energy healing, and fire and flower goddess ceremonies!
Join us for an incredible 10 days, from September 22 to October 1, at different locations throughout Marin and Sonoma County. Come for one divine program or come for all 10 days!
The most beautiful part? All proceeds go to the nonprofit Shanti Mission America, to continue to bring events and programs of peace and inner transformation throughout the United States.
What's Navaratri?
Navaratri is an ancient Goddess festival celebrating the inevitable defeat of darkness, ignorance, and pain by the vastness of Divine love and wisdom. In the wonderfully evocative way of the Sages of India, there will be daily goddess stories to delight our hearts and inspire us in our own lives to bring forth victory of the soul over ego, and love over fear. We celebrate Jaia - the victory of wisdom over ignorance and delusion!
Your Donation Makes Navaratri Possible
This Navaratri festival is offered entirely by donation! It costs Shanti Mission America a minimum of $20,000 to host Shakti Durga in the U.S. twice a year. Your generosity helps make this sacred gathering possible and allows these transformative teachings, music, and blessings to reach others in the U.S. who seek them as well.
