Shanti Meditation sessions are designed to help participants experience deep peace, connection and stillness through guided, state-changing meditation practices.
Beginning June 7 (Sydney Time), online sessions will run:
Sundays — 8:00am & 9:00am
Mondays — 8:00am with Ananda Maya or Sri Suryani
Wednesdays — 8:00am with Ananda Maya or Sri Suryani
The sessions currently being promoted on this page are offered through The Well Being Initiative, with all proceeds supporting the running of the charity and its ongoing wellbeing programs within the community.
Shanti Meditation by Shanti Mission
Shanti Meditation was developed for The Well Being Initiative — an Australian DGR Charity using modern energy healing to support shifts in health, vitality, relationships and inner peace.
Alongside our online and in-person meditation offerings, Shanti Mission also trains and qualifies Shanti Meditation facilitators through an accredited and powerful pathway designed to support the safe and grounded delivery of Shanti Meditation with communities around the world.
Many of our qualified facilitators now share Shanti Meditation through their own businesses, communities and wellbeing practices, helping bring these state-changing meditation experiences to more people in a modern, accessible way.
If you see the Shanti Meditation certification logo, you can feel confident knowing the facilitator has completed training through Shanti Mission and is recognised as an approved Shanti Meditation facilitator.
