As a Shanti Meditation Facilitator, you are now eligible to train as a facilitator of our Ignite Your Spirit courses: Energy Healing Made Easy and Centres of Consciousness.
In this program we will be taking a deep dive into teaching about the chakras and the energy body. You will take your meditation facilitation skills deeper as you learn more about how to work with chakras and facilitate specific chakra-based meditations.
You will also deepen and enrich your facilitation skills. Specifically, you will learn about story, point, benefit: how to use your personal experiences as wisdom that enriches and uplifts student’s understanding and transformation.
Of course, as with any training program in Shanti Mission, you will also continue on your own journey of inner illumination. We will have a particular focus on the relationship between the soul and the ego, how the ego can trick us as spiritual teachers and how we can use our lineage and spiritual tools to skillfully navigate back to love, grace and empowered service.

A former barrister turned mystic, she is the founder of Shanti Mission, Ignite Your Spirit Therapy, and two registered spiritual charities. She blends ancient teachings with practical tools to awaken the soul, sharing her work through books, music, retreats, media, and spiritual training.
Her teachings help people access divine love and live joyful, purpose-filled lives rooted in peace, connection, and inner power.

Gayatri Rachel Anderson
Spiritual Teacher, Master Healer, and Academic
Gayatri has been on a spiritual path of consciousness exploration and expansion since childhood. Her passion and fascination for consciousness led her to study it academically. She holds an MSc in applied positive psychology, and recently completed her PhD in transpersonal psychology.
Gayatri's classes are full of warmth, wit, and wisdom. She assists her students to cultivate a deep understanding that is not only intellectual, but also experiential and transformational. Her joy is in assisting people to discover their own capacity for empowerment, inspiration, skill, grace, and love through learning about the fullness of their own consciousness and the practical miracles of which they are capable.
